Mentor Labs required more than scheduling sessions. It needed an operating system that made the experience feel consistent, scalable, and easy to say yes to. I owned the end-to-end execution of the series, coordinating speakers, dates, logistics, and communications across mentors, apprentices, and internal stakeholders. To reduce chaos and last-minute scramble, I built a centralized tracking system that became the single source of truth for session details, registration links, recordings, assets, and status updates. I structured curricula and learner-facing materials so sessions didn’t feel like one-off talks, but instead like a coherent learning journey. On the delivery side, I managed the full tool stack: registration flows, Zoom logistics and recordings, and the LearnWorlds buildout, including course page structure and HTML-based formatting to keep content clear and easy to navigate. After sessions, I helped close the loop by organizing recordings/resources, collecting feedback, and turning those insights into improvements for future sessions. The result was a smoother, more reliable program experience that made it easier for the team to execute and easier for learners to trust and return.
